Return policy and Refund policy

If you receive a yoyo from Singwon Yoyoshop that is faulty or have broken parts before using please contact us as soon as possible and withing 1 week of receiving the parcel by clicking the contact button on our website or message our facebook page. You can also send email to singwonyoyoshop@gmail.com

Do not use the yoyo! We will send you the replacement parts or inform you to return the parcel to Singwon Yoyoshop, it must be returned withing 1 month (30 days) of purchase date and we will send you a new yoyo of the same model or issue a PayPal refund after we have investigated the matter. The delivery charges to return the item is paid by the customer.

Singwon Yoyoshop is not liable if parcel content is opened by third party during the process of delivery, please contact or report to delivery company as soon as possible if your parcel is opened and content is missing.
